ABOUT US

OUR STORY

At Tribe, based in Killaloe, Co. Clare, we offer conditioning based classes.

​

These are a 45 minute medium to high intensity class that incorporate bodyweight and functional movements such as pull-ups, press-ups, kettle bells, dumbbells, box jumps, squats, bike, rowing etc.

​

The classes we offer are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
